Did you receive my order?

After placing an order you will be directed to a confirmation page with all the order details. We will automatically send you a confirmation email. If you did not get this email, please contact us. The email might have landed in your spam inbox, or you might have made a typo.


Is my order shipped already?

Please log in and check your order status. Your order is mostly shipped within two business days after your payment is received.


Can I cancel my order?

Contact us and ask to cancel your order. Any payment done will be returned. Your personal information will be deleted from our system.

However, if your order is already shipped it is not possible to cancel and refund your order.
